MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – JUNE 29, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Susan Voudren, Town Clerk and Jean Armitage
Susan Voudren presented a Purchase Order to purchase Voting Tables and a Sandwich Board to be place at the Tolland Town Hall. Purchases were approved by the board.
Jean Armitage informed the Board of Selectmen of the plans the Bicentennial Committee are working on. Also, asked what monies would be available for the event. The Historical Expense and Recreation Expense account monies from FY09 will be carried over to FY10.The kick off date is July 10th.
Jean Armitage on behalf of the Ladies Aid is requesting the use of a dumpster for the old tag sale items that have been left behind. The dumpster request will be discussed with Wayne.
